According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the most tattooed living man is Tom Leppard of the Isle of Skye, Scotland. He has chosen a leopard skin design, with all the skin between the dark spots tattooed safron yellow. The area of his body covered is 99.2 percent.

The person with the most individual designs is Bernard Moeller of Pennsylvania, with over 14,000 separate tattoos.
